This is the first time that Singapore’s most celebrated multi-disciplinary poet-artist, Tan Swie Hian, is discussed in a series of paintings. Painted by young Singapore artist, Raymond Lau, the innovative body of 23 portraits presents an extraordinary interpretation that has created a record in the history of painting. Painted over the period of 2004 to 2007, the portraits also signifies a tribute that Raymond pays to his esteemed mentor.
