Jacki Nicholas is a certified executive coach and leadership facilitator with over 20 years of corporate, 13 years of coaching and six years of group coaching experience. Her diverse business background in corporate finance, management consulting, and organisational development brings both breadth and depth to her leadership work.

Jacki has been a coach with the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre since 2004, and is adjunct faculty and coach for MBAs with The Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University. She has academic qualifications in Psychology, Finance and Change Management and certifications in NLP, hypnotherapy and numerous psychometrics. Jacki has lived an worked in Asia since 1999.

In 2008, she conducted the first global survey into Group Executive Coaching. Jacki is also Managing Partner of The Air Institute, an organisation dedicated to strengthening the authentic leadership in individuals, teams and organisations across Asia Pacific and beyond.
