Katherine Twaddell is a certified Executive Coach and Leadership Development specialist. She works with her clients to provide tools for success in today’s demanding international business market, with a focus on building high performance teams in cross-cultural, multi-generational, and virtual environments. Katherine’s coaching methodology includes rigorous assessment based on data analysis combined with reflective learning exercises. She has coached regularly on Executive Education programmes at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre in Singapore since 2006. Katherine is a graduate of New York University with a degree in English Literature and a postgraduate qualifications in Executive Coaching form the University of Derby.
