She supports senior managers to increase their leadership effectiveness and impact, to improve the performance and energy of their teams and organisations and to make a positive difference. Denise has formally coached and trained hundreds of executives, teams and groups from diverse industry sectors over the past 10 years, and contributed to the development of Coaching in Asia supervising, mentoring, and coaching, and training many coaches.
Denise has 20 years of corporate experience, including more than 10 years in leading strategy, planning, and talent development. Denise has lived and worked across Asia (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Australia) for the past 21 years. She has served on the ICF Singapore Chapter Executive Committee since 2004 and is the World Leadership Day Ambassador for Singapore.
