Frank Chua is an emeritus professor of history at Commonwealth University (Mansfield), US. He has lectured American and non-Western histories at Pennsylvania campuses throughout most of his academic career. He received his PhD in history from Pennsylvania State University. Returning to his artistic roots, he now devotes more time to painting, in the great outdoors with his furry companion, Precious, and his first love, music.
