As a highly sought-after international facilitator and management consultant, he partners with Korn Ferry and Cegos Group, and gained his knowledge through extensive experience by working with leaders across 28 countries in strategy execution, with clients as diverse as KPMG, Shell, Zuellig Pharma, DBS Bank, China Nuclear Power, Singapore Airlines, Ping An insurance, BMW, and Coca-Cola.

Recognised as a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK), and Specialist Adult Educator (IAL, SG), Weixi is fluent in the use of WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM, DiSC, Strength Deployment Inventory, and other profiling tools. As a member of the Forbes Coach Council, he combines this with his background in Project Management and Business Analysis to promulgate the adoption of a future-ready mindset within organisations.
