Sze-Yen Chee is a Certified Master Coach and Career Coach with over 12 years of experience in delivering career coaching programmes, training and facilitating workshops. She has coached over 2,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and across multiple industries, including financial services, oil and gas, IT, hospitality, pharmaceuticals and FMCG. She enjoys motivating and helping individuals achieve CareerClarity™ and resilience in the face of ever-increasing corporate challenges.
In 2019, Sze-Yen co-authored The 7 Proven Secrets to Land Your Dream Job and is presently an adjunct faculty member at the Singapore Management University, teaching modules on career management.
Sze-Yen graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Business Degree (Hons) and holds a Masters of Arts in Communications from the University of
South Australia.
