Lilian Ing is a skilled Executive and Organisational Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer. She has extensive international experience in both line management and consultancy roles in the public and private sectors, including regions such as Southern Africa, the U.S.A, Europe, and Asia. For the past 20 years she has supported both individuals and organisations in their change journey, through employer branding and employee engagement, change management strategies, Vision and Values development, talent and leadership development, and executive and career coaching.
For the past 12 years Lilian has coached senior managers and board level executives and their teams as they faced the challenges of right-sizing and growth, innovation and global transformation as well as mergers and de-mergers.
She continues to contribute the psychology and coaching professions in her capacity as a supervisor and trainer.
