To date, she has trained more than 12,000 service professionals in the private, public and social service sectors. She develops service professionals’ potential in the areas of service competencies— customer service mindset (self-efficacy), customer-centricity, the EQ way, service values and micro-skills. With warmth and authenticity, she translates leading-edge science into practical and applicable terms that improve the quality of customer relationships to unlock enduring success. Dr Seow runs Continuum Learning Pte Ltd, a service excellence training practice. She empowers adult learners to maximise learning by making it practical and relevant so they can apply these skills and make a difference in their workplace.
