DR. EUGENE SERN-TING TAN is a Dermatologist at the National Skin Centre. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2006. After completing his broadbased dermatology training at the National Skin Centre, he underwent advanced subspecialty training in photodermatology, psoriasis, and paediatric dermatology at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals in London under the Health Manpower Development Programme (HMDP). Over the years, Dr. Tan has published over 30 research articles in regional and international scientific journals. He has co-authored two books, namely Love Clinic – How To Lose Your Bachelor’s Degree and Phototherapy and Photodiagnostic Methods for the Practitioner, as well as contributed chapters to several books on dermatology. He volunteers as an ad-hoc reviewer for several medical journals, and is currently the Chief Editor of the Journal of Business, Sciences, and Technology. As an invited speaker, Dr. Tan has delivered numerous talks at various local and regional conferences. He is actively committed to teaching, with appointed educational roles in all three local medical schools in Singapore. Dr. Tan has a keen interest in personal development and believes that time mastery is an essential skill for anyone who desires greater achievement and happiness in life.
